Staff was great. Only one towel and no cups in the room.

There was no cold water in the sink and the air conditioner made a rattling noise all night long, we have stayed here numerous times and this is the first time we were not satisfied

Second time we've stayed at this property. Rooms are very clean, but very sparsely appointed. No hangers in the closet and no drawers, so prepare to li e out of your suitcase. Also, strangely, the room does have a coffee maker, but no coffee cups. Also, we had one bar of soap to use between the shower and the sink. Mattress and pillows were comfortable, bit the aluminum bed frame was so noisy. It popped and cracked everytime we rolled over or got in and out of bed. The free breakfast is basically just donuts, cereal and toast, apples and (over-ripe) bananas. All that said, property is very well-maintained and feels safe. Probably will stay elsewhere next time we're in Dothan though. Can probably put up with the sparsely appointed rooms, but the beds for both of our stays were intolerable loud. We could even hear the beds creaking in the room next door.
